PLEASE READ. Important information about After Care and you personal Healing Journey Process. Thank you.

What to Expect in your Healing Journey Process:

Immediately following the treatment -

    1. Immediately after treatment you may experience a stinging sensation similar to a sunburn in the treated area. This is normal and generally lasts about an hour after treatment.

    2. If treated area is swollen, please apply ice packs wrapped in a clean cloth.

Do NOT apply ice directly onto skin, as this may cause damage to the skin barrier.

    3. Avoid sleeping on the side of the treated areas to reduce swelling.

    4. DO NOT CLEANSE treated area until the following day.

    5. DO NOT EXERCISE 48 hours post treatment to avoid excess heat in the body, steam, or sweat as this may increase inflammation or risk of infections.

    6. Technician may provide aftercare products and instructions with further information - please follow as written to achieve Optimal Results and Healing Journey Process.

    7. After treatment area and skin are fully healed (Day 7-8) you may resume applying personal products such as sunscreen, makeup, and skincare products. Till then please follow instructions and products provided by your technician to avoid skin irritation, possible infection, allergic reactions, delayed skin healing, and possible outcome of treatment results.

     8. It is highly unlikely that you will ever get an infection from Fibroblast Treatment, as the wound is not open. However, the first 12-24 hours post treatment is vital to protect the swollen skin from any abrasion, contaminants, touching of the skin, and moisture of any kind - water, steam, sweat.

    9. Expect redness, pinkness, swelling, and inflammation for the first 1-5 days post-treatment.

   10. Expect pink skin to peak through as dots begin to flake off as the treatment is designed to reveal new skin from underneath. The pink stage can last for several weeks, with the pinkness gradually fading as the skin matures.

Days after Treatments -

   1. It is normal for the area that has been treated to be red/pink, swollen, feel tight and dry.

   2. Tiny crusts (dots) will quickly form on the treated area in the next day or two. These may be visible for up to a week and will eventually flake off on THEIR OWN.

   3. Do NOT pick crusts (dots) off as this will delay the healing process and can cause hyperpigmentation, scarring and discolored skin.

   4. The treated area may be cleansed daily with room temperature water and your fingers only. Avoid using washcloths or any other cleansing devices. When cleansing, it is only meant to remove excess oil from the face and not to fully cleanse the treated area. Do NOT be Tempted to rub, brush, or exfoliate the area in any possible way to aid in the removal of the crusts. Pat dry with Paper towel.

    5. Avoid hot showers or steam for the first 3-4 days. This may increase swelling. Try to avoid shower products from running on your face as this can cause irritation and inflammation. Rinse thoroughly with warm room temperature water.

    6. Try to keep as dry as possible post treatment and use fan or dry paper towels to reduce moisture.

   7. Keep scabs/crusts moist by Only applying after care products provided by your technician 3 times a day in small amounts - do not oversoak the area.

   8. Please avoid shaving treated area until the area is fully healed and not tender (around 7 days).

   9. If you have had treatment around your eyes, please avoid wearing contact lenses for 72 hours after your treatment.

   10. Once scabs have fallen off (around day 7) your skin may be pink. You may begin applying personal products such as sunscreen, makeup, and skincare products. Avoid using exfoliating skincare products or ingredients (glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinoic, AHA, BHA, scrubs, and cleansing devices). ABSOLUTELY NO MAKE UP UNTIL ALL SCABS HAVE FALLEN OFF AND SKIN IS NOT TENDER.

   11. AVOID SUN EXPOSURE. Once the scabs have fallen off, you must wear physical sunblock (zinc, and titanium). Wear hats, protective clothing/gear to block direct sunlight from skin and treated area. Please continue this for the following 12 weeks to avoid any hyperpigmentation and/or skin discoloration/uneven skin tones.

  12. DO NOT SUN BATHE, sun tan, or use tanning beds for 10-12 weeks post procedure.

  13. DO NOT HAVE any other skin or facial treatments in the same treatment area while your skin is healing (12 weeks)

  14. DO NOT WAX area for at least 21 days, if not longer. If receiving treatment anywhere around the eyes, wait full 12 weeks. Tweeze or thread any unwanted hairs AFTER scabs have fallen off the area.

How to Maximize your Healing Journey Process:

  2. Eat a whole foods diet and avoid excess sugar or processed foods to expedite healing process.
